What data we process and why
When you contact us via the form or by email, we process your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company name, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or for our legitimate interest in responding to communication we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep data
We keep form messages for no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless it leads to a contractual relationship. After that we delete them.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf by the web hosting and email provider that runs this website. We do not transfer data outside the European Union.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party content. Fonts are served directly from our server.
